  • Please return the goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.
  • We offer full-amount credit vouchers. Vouchers can be used to shop for your favorite Products from our website and have a validity of 1 month from the date of issuance. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
  • We do not offer Cash returns.
  • All exchanges should be sent to our consumer exchanges department.

If you wish to exchange any portion of your online order, please complete the Exchange Form and include it with your return shipment.

Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Exchange Form are included with your return shipment.

3. SHIP TO

The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our following Address
